Summer Holiday Club 2020

20/2/2020

Update 02.04.2020: We very much hope to be able to offer this Holiday Club, but this will of course depend on the current situation around the coronavirus epidemic. We will accept provisional bookings as planned from 13 April.
After the great fun we've had at the Holiday Club last summer, we'll offer another three-day adventure this summer, from 27 to 29 July, 9.30-12.30am. It will again run in the Stables by Humbie Church.
This year, we'll be using a time machine to go to different eras and meet people from Bible stories, and from the church today.

We look forward again to exploring these stories and learning about them with the help of Jenny's amazing creativity, Cressida's fantastic story telling, and Margo's wonderful snacks. All leaders are members of our Messy Church team, and PVG checked.
The Holiday Club is for children of primary school age, including those starting P1 after the holidays, and places are limited to twelve children. Registration for the Holiday Club will open on 13 April - a Booking Form can be found here.
We hope to see you there! In the meantime, you can have a look at what we got up to last year.

Our Coffee Morning is coming!

We'll have our annual fundraising Coffee Morning on Saturday, 14 March, 10.30am-12noon, in Humbie Village Hall.

Join us for coffees, teas and delicious homebaking (included in the entry of £4/ adults, children free), and stalls with plants, preserves, baking and bric-a-brac. We'll have a tombola and a raffle, and there'll be face-painting and a lucky dip for the children.

We look forward t seeing you there!

POSTPONED - Messy Church 15 March

5/2/2020

Update 13.03.2020
Due to the current health concerns, we have decided to postpone our Messy Church this weekend. A new date will be arranged as soon as possible. We're very sorry for any disappointment!
Picture
Our next Messy Church takes place on Sunday, 15 March 2020, 4-6pm, in the Fletcher Hall in East Saltoun, for children of all ages (please bring an adult, though). This time, we'll explore the story of Abraham and Sarah, through crafts, games, songs and storytelling. There will also be a baby and toddler corner, and, as always, a shared supper for the children.
